| What’s on our minds | Need board directors; age-friendly communities | Marjorie to write an article for Chebucto News re: volunteering with SCA; Maybe Engage NS will be interested in assessing age-friendliness of Spryfield: Anne-Marie will connect re: possibility of community meeting with Engage NS. Partnering with the library requires several months lead time. |

| Hartlen Party | Finances | Our only role is to pass on a contribution for the party from Counsellor Cuttell. We won’t deal with donations for the party. |
| Regional Plan Amendments | Plan includes several items in line with what we want to see | Marjorie will send in our comments. |
| Boundary review | Re: Beechville | HRM proposal doesn’t make sense to us. Long Lake Provincial Park Association has proposed different boundaries that better reflect existing communities |

| Food Pantry | Counsellor contribution channeled through us | Cheque delivered. |
| Administration | Room booking | Done for Oct, Jan, Feb, Mar. We’ll party at Station Six in November, no meeting Dec. Thank you, Anne-Marie! |
